Finance for commercial property and development is a core focus for ABF. ABF works closely with the industry participants such as real estate agents, property and business valuers and construction companies, which allows us to have access to the latest market movements and statistics regarding the property sector. Our development lending products provide our clients with the ability to secure finance for uses such as land, banking for construction , residential dual occupancy or landmark highrise projects. As we source funding from many lenders in the marketplace, we are able to access the right product for the right project. We are able to secure lending products which assess the credit of a project based on either hard cost in the case of a construction or based on the gross realisation of a completed property /project. This diversity allows ABF to look at a potential project from different financial perspectives. One solution doesn't fit all.
