Australian Beneficial Finance (ABF) is an accredited financial organisation that specialises in Residential, Commercial and Development lending. ABF is a wholley owned subsidiary of City Pacific Limited www.citypac.com.au and operates Australia wide.

Our lending products have been specifically designed so that they are able to stand alone as specialised industry leading products (Residential, Commercial Development) or more specifically we can offer them as integrated lending facilities (from land acquisition to construction to retail lending of the final product commercial or residential).

Our People

Our team of professionals have extensive experience and specialist knowledge in the finance sector. Throughout our Australian offices ABF employs a professional team with a combined financial experience of more than 75 years.

ABF employs a dedicated team that specialises in residential lending, commercial lending, development lending, credit and risk management, and financial business management. These core services allow ABF to be one of the most respected Non Bank mortgage facilitators in Australia, nominated  and being awarded 'top 3 finalist', by the Industry Body MFAA, for the category of Mortgage Manager of the year in 2008.

Accreditation

ABF is a full member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australasia (MFAA). The mission of the MFAA is to ensure the orderly and ethical working of the mortgage industry in Australia and New Zealand. All MFAA members abide by a Code of Practice and are committed to best industry practice and fair dealing at all time.

ABF was awarded as 'top 3 finanalist' in the category of Mortgage Manager of the Year 2008, by this Industry Body.
